Does anyone have any tips for dealing with pregnancy anxiety? I'm 25 weeks but can't stop the nightmares about something going wrong :(

No advice op but I wanted to let you know you are not alone.
I am expecting DC4 and can’t help but feel I am pushing my luck. 20 weeks today and scan is Friday.
What’s helped a lot is now being able to feel little one occasionally wiggling about. I even had two full on kicks yesterday! DH was looking at me like Hmm when I was tearing up.

Not sure whether this thread is still live but there are some helpful tips on this thread, like speaking to your midwife and seeing a counsellor if you don’t already: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/pregnancy/4127914-Pregnancy-anxiety?msgid=103371405
I found out I was pregnant on Thursday last week (18 Feb) and dating back to last period worked out I was about 5 weeks so panicked massively, having not anticipated it at all. I’m a huge worrier naturally and have anxiety issues generally but hadn’t really anticipated how much it might take over my thoughts. I’m now worrying about it being so early and things going wrong, then it getting later and things going wrong, finding out there is something wrong with it once it is born (if we get that far) and I feel completely overwhelmed like I can’t cope if it doesn’t happen. I know it’s me catastrophising and going overboard but when you wake up in the middle of the night you feel like you might go pop! Hope you get the support you need but do please speak to someone professional. X
