What is it that you can't live without or the food that helps you with your queasiness / nausea the best?
For me it is boring toast, cheese strings and instant chicken noodles. Smile

Oven chips, toast, sweets, smoothies was pretty much what I lived on. I’m 20 weeks now and it seems to be all about peanut butter and jam sandwiches

MsHedgehog · 09/11/2020 18:28

Walkers salt and vinegar crisps were the only thing I could handle, together with sandwiches made up of white bread, butter and those processed chicken slices!

I missed food so much!

Salt and vinegar pringles Grin

Full fat Coke, seems to be the best thing I've ever tasted!

Heinz cream of chicken soup

Candy canes

Apples, softmints, sorbet and iced lollies

Digestive biscuits. Coconut water. Sports mixture sweets.

Then ALL the carbs, my friend cooked me lasagne and garlic bread when I was 8 weeks with DC1 and I almost wept with joy. Baked potatoes also became the best thing I’ve ever eaten.

Pringles!

Elderflower and apple squash with sparkling water, marmite on crumpets and a plain cheese sandwich. Hence the name😂

I craved misu soup constantly in my first trimester and it really helped with the nausea (especially with seaweed added to it weirdly!)

Avacardo2020 · 09/11/2020 21:10

Spicy wotsits!🙌🙌🙌

bluebearss · 09/11/2020 21:14

Anything beige. I couldn't eat any meat, but could stomach battered fish, especially scampi. Crisps (only strong ones!). Sweets like Haribo or Maoam. Only veg I'd eat was garden peas.

I was sick as hell with awful food aversions for about 18 weeks though!

I wanted to buy a new fridge because I swore there was a smell coming from it that no one else could smell and it made me vomit.

bluebearss · 09/11/2020 21:16

Ohhh I forgot the ice lolly cravings! And ice water. I couldn't stand squash or any flavoured drinks, just water but it HAD to be freezing cold or I wouldn't drink it. Ice in everything. Strange, because normally I'd rather go for flavoured water or Diet Coke.
