After some advice,

Currently 40 +4 weeks pregnant (second baby)

Long story short:

I had my sweep on Wednesday (2-3cm dilated) lost my bloody show Friday, and since yesterday evening I’ve been having back cramps and some tightenings, I could hardly sleep at all last night due to the back cramps and stomach pains (had 3 hours sleep), been on my ball most of the day today too and I’m exhausted.

Can I ask my midwife tomorrow if she’d possibly do my sweep earlier as I’m due my second sweep on Wednesday.

I’m just so drained 😣

(I’ve done everything to try and get contractions going but nothing a working)

Definitely ask her. It's tough with the stop start labour. I know it's easier said that done but try and rest, do something fun or that will make you laugh. Get those feel good hormones flowing that will help things get going. If your tense or stressed things won't happen. The thing that helped me was just a long shower and it bath with clary sage/ essential oils. Then a nice back rub with oil with my husband just listening to music that made me feel good. The next day I had my little girl after having two c sections previously

Up and down the stairs. Squats.

And if all else fails, the deed.
