So I'm coming up on my 23rd week with my 2nd ds.. I have no bump whatsoever. You wouldn't know I was pregnant if you didn't know 😭😭 anyone else in the same situation?? Is this normal? I definitely thought I would have some sort of a bump but the only changes are me putting weight on around my hips..

I didn’t have a bump around that time, I’m 30weeks now and it has really started to grow since about 27weeks. I wouldn’t worry baby will be growing well they’re still so small at that point

I was exactly the same as you I was panicking worried that the baby wasn't growing or there was something wrong because I'd look at other girls who were as far along as I was and they'd have a nice big round bump and then there's me with more or less the flat stomach I started with 🥴🥴🥴🥴 I'd feel so self conscious in waiting rooms waiting for my appointment seeing all theese obviously pregnant women and I'm just there with no bump at all. one time when I was asked how far along I was and I told the nurse 26 weeks she was so shocked and said "really!!?!? You don't look it" "are you sure" it actually made me upset I'm currently 36 weeks and have litterally only just "popped" I'm not joking it happend OVERNIGHT yesterday I didn't look pregnant AT ALL and now I have a big round bump. So don't worry it's completely normal you'll get your bump eventually I wanted to be able to enjoy it longer but only will have a few weeks with a bump. Out of 9 whole months that's crazy

It really is crazy, like I just look like I've put on weight. I was convinced I would have a bump by now. I was really worried about it, esp now at nearly 23 weeks 😭 at my 20 week apt I felt so awkward you wouldn't even think I was pregnant 🤣never mind 20 weeks. I wanted to enjoy having a bump. I'm hoping it'll just pop out overnight haha. But I'm glad I'm not the only one with no bump at this stage 🤣

I was 25 weeks before I looked pregnant. I was induced at 37w cuz she was small at 5lb 3oz. I loved having a small bump I left hospital with a flat stomach again 🤣

starlightmagic · 07/11/2020 21:56

This was my bump about 5 days before I had baby! And it only really appeared a few weeks before, enjoy being able to bend over while you can Grin

23 weeks pregnant.. Still no bump
20viona · 07/11/2020 22:02

This was the day I gave birth.

kmkkkkkk · 07/11/2020 22:17

@20viona aw wowww 😅😱 hey at least you didn't get any stretch marks or have to workout to get your body back to how it was before

25 weeks here and no bump showing. In a way i should be blessed but when i found out i was pregnant i was looking forward to the whole bonding with bump and sometimes i feel like im missing out on the experience. Its nice to know many women are in the same postion though.

I’ve just turned 27 weeks, I’ve been told by friends that my bumps non existent. In the last few weeks I’ve definitely started to look a bit pregnant but still not got the cute round bump I was expecting!
I had a growth scan the other day (for low PAPP-A, unrelated to bump size) and apparently baby boys on the 95th centile 😐 so it means nothing really, you just probably carry well 🙂
I’m tall and sure they told me at my first scan my uterus was tilted backwards, so that’s probably my factors!

MissingCoffeeandWine · 08/11/2020 09:56

Hi OP. I also had a small bump. The pic in jeans was about 21 weeks, the the other about 8 weeks later. I remember asking for seats on the tube and having to say I was 36+ weeks pregnant (in a coat people didn’t notice). But baba was born healthy, a good weight and is currently crawling happily making a mess of my room at 10 months!

I’ve friends that had comments about “being huge” that made them worry too. Somehow pregnancy is a period whereby people feel it’s ok to comment on body shape and say unhelpful things. We all grow babies slightly differently.

Th197 · 08/11/2020 11:49

Exactly, people just seem to think it's fine now for them to point out things 🤣 I'm just hoping it pops out soon.. I remember at 12 weeks thinking ill pop soon and here we are 23 weeks nearly and still feel the same other than putting some weight on 🤣😭

I know this is late but I'm glad everyone wrote what you wrote as I'm a large tall person overweight and even then I'm 23 weeks no bump at all so nice to know I'm not the only one I thought it was because I am fat that why no bump but the fact that people on here are nice and slim and no bump gives me relief.
as I know how you feel with everyone saying where's your bump some don't even believe I'm pregnant thinking I'm faking it so just have to hope the bump just pops out and then I can say hah told you so.
