Hi! I'm 34 weeks pregnant and suffering from PGP. It's not horrendous if I take it easy but I can't walk for longer than 30 minutes without it being really bad. I also need to wee every 5 mins 😫 so I'm finding it difficult to get out and about with toilets closed and places being closed incase I need to pop to the loo! It's annoying because I want to get out and about on some lovely Autumn walks to keep active. Has anyone got any tips of exercises I could do to ease PGP and any tips on how they keep active towards the end? Thanks!
