Baby not growing ...

I had a early scan at 7 weeks it was showing at 6 weeks with a heartbeat , I got rescanned today 7 days later and baby has grown only by 1mm but there still a heartbeat but faint .. I’ve been referred to EPU can the baby still be ok ?! Clutching at straws I know

I had this, turns out gas in my abdomen meant they couldn't get clear perspective in second scan. A week later, third scan showed all ok. It's hard as could go either way, fingers crossed for you
