When did you start drinking it and do you feel it helped your labour? Thankyou Smile

Started about 38 weeks and it didnt help one bit! I think if it were to help you're supposed to start drinking it sooner than I did though

I started drinking it at about 36 weeks. Im 40+1 now and having 3 cups a day. So haven't gone into labour yet but I'll let you know! Tbh it won't do any harm so if you can drink it, you might as well 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had a landlord once who gave it to his goats when they were due to kid. So that made me think it probably works.

I drank it first time round at 36 weeks and don't think it did much. I have since read it is more effective if you take it from 32 weeks. Also, I am planning to use the capsules this time as I think they are stronger.
