Baby No3 announcement Ideas?

This pregnancy has come as abit of a shock as it was unplanned & my youngest is only 2.
This will probably be our last and I’m looking for ideas to announce it to our family?

We got our parents a big bunch of flowers each and put a scan picture in the card stick thing. It was lovely - our other babies we just told them casually but as this is our last we wanted to do something a little more special. They loved it especially as they got a nice bunch of flowers out of it too!
