I don't know if this is a pregnancy thing or just a cruel coincidence, but I'm in agony with what I think are tiny tongue ulcers. It feels like I've bitten or burnt my tongue, but there are tiny white dots on both sides, and now one underneath.
Anyone else had this? I'm 14 weeks and just coming out of morning sickness, and was so looking forward to feeling OK for a while. Didn't have anything like this with my first.
