Hello everyone!
I am round 6 weeks pregnant and up until 3 or 4 days ago my pregnancy symptoms have completely vanished Confused I had mild nausea, mild breast soreness, fatigue and slight bloat in the stomach (please bare in mind these only happened for 3 days only)
Has this happened to anyone or should I be completely worried?
This is my first pregnancy so I am new to all this.

Well I had that and found out on my 12 wk scan yesterday that I'm having twins so... Not always a bad sign 🤣.

Apparently pregnancy symptoms come and go, I'm sure alot of lovely ladies will comment on here soon for you to share their experiences.

Congratulations anyway I'm the pregnancy!!

During pregnancy especially early pregnancy it is very common for symptoms to appear and disappear from the beginning of pregnancy. And, it is also normal not to experience the same symptoms every single day during the pregnancy term. To be a little more precise, it is common for pregnancy symptoms to come and go in the first 8 to 12 weeks! It you have any worry’s please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your midwife. Congratulations on your pregnancy btw.

I am having the same concern and came to find a thread like this(!) but I remember having this fear in my first pregnancy too along with many other ladies I met on MN.

There is a thread for pregnancies due in July and lots of women worry about symptoms or lack of. I think it is true that symptoms can come and go.
