I see multiple lines, I'm not sure if this is a good test though.

Get a decent test! There are definitely lines but also a big smudge!

I haven’t. Its a strip test.

It doesn't look like it's fully developed it's better to wait until the dye settles and the white part clears

It's not been done correctly anyway. Or it's broken. When it smudges you shouldn't try to read it.
