Had a growth scan today ( measuring small) i'm 36+3 but sonographer reassured me measurements are all in the norm and baby girl weighs 6lbs! I'm wondering has anyone had the same measurements/weight estimation at 36 +3 weeks and what did your baby weigh when she/he was born? Thank you :)

Yes very similar. Born at 39 weeks weighing 7lb 13oz. She was in newborn clothes for 2 weeks!

6lbs 3oz at my 36 week scan x

@latheritup good thing I have plenty of 0-3 month clothes! Funny thing is I have a very small bump for nearly 37 weeks! Then again sometimes these measurements aren’t the most accurate

@ClaireCanale123 they thought she would be around 8.5lb when born so they were a fair bit off. I would say do have 'up to 1 month' definitely and 0-3 months is huge!

@latheritup sonographer said to me about 7.5 lb so we'll see! I think it's hit and miss sometimes could be more could be less...so long as she's healthy it doesn't matter anyway just worried about pushing out a big baby Haha also funny how I keep getting sent for growth scans when there isn't any need although first time round they told me she was going to be a relatively small baby! Who knows!

Never trust those, I was told over 7lbs by 38wks pregnant/ she was born 6lbs 6 at 40+4

@OnlyFoolsnMothers yes I'm thinking they're a bit unreliable and can't make up their mind anyway! One second I'm sent for a growth scan for the second time and the next told I could expect to have a 7/8 lbs baby haha quite a jump! Everyone has said different things to me. Either way I'm a bit over their measurement estimations
