Breast soreness disappeared

I'm 6 weeks today and my boob/nipple soreness has completely vanished this morning 😅 it's been very consistent up until today. so, just another thing to be anxious about now...... that’s the only symptom that really keeps me feeling pregnant. Hopefully morning sickness starts soon or something 😔. This is my first, I had a chemical in July. Anyone have experience with vanishing symptoms?

If your anxious about the symptoms leaving be worth giving your doctor a ring for a chat just to ease your mind atleast. Hope alls well ❤

Maybe do another test if you're worried? I did loads around 6w, just out of sheer paranoia after a chemical the month before. Now 11w...
