Hello, seems like i need some help. English is not my native language but im tryin to explain my problem. 😁
I had d&c surgery 4 weeks ago and all went well. I had very little spotting later, only dark brown discharge about 12 days. Went to Gynecologist week ago, she did ultrasound and all was very good, uterus was empty and lining was 0,6 on that day. OS(cervix) was closed too. Last day i spotted was 14 days ago, until yesterday 
. Im not ovulating yet, im sure.
So yesterday morning i noticed old brown discharge, and today is same, i dont need pad, only when i wipe i notice this. I really thought yesterday that my AF showed up, i have some similar to period cramps too, not bad cramps. But still no bleeding, what is this?! My cervix was closed week ago. Pregnancy tests are all negative too.. I had intercourse only with condom and went swimming (pool) on sunday. I thought its okay when no blood, cervix closed, doc told same.. So it cant be infection right, 4 weeks after..
Could this be spotting before af? I had 27-28 days regular cycles before this pregnancy and surgery, but isnt too early for AF with so thin uterine lining?!
( d&c was done in 7 weeks of pregnancy)
