Currently 25 weeks pregnant & the last few days my right hip & back is in agony

It gotten worse since Monday as I was in work ( covering a break in the cigarette kiosk ) & I slipped on a piece of paper on the floor
I didn't fall on my back , I managed to grab onto the counter & I felt as if I'd pulled my back muscles

Since then , my hip is in agony
There's feels of sharp stabbing burning pain & no matter what I do I can't get rid of it
I've tried hot baths , stretching , heat pads , tiger balm & relaxing.
Today I've tried to ignore it but it's progressively getting worse. I'm having to lie on the bed in between doing jobs around the house
I'd say it's also at the point of affecting sleep

Does anyone have any ideas on how to manage the pain ?

I had sciatica twice, with my first dc, I walked quickly across the road and wham! Pain is bloody awful. I was around 20 weeks. I slept on the floor, it was awful getting down, but not as painful as being on a bed. Took half hours some days to get up!!! Second time I went for a jog, daft idea.

It wasn't too bad when I walked around, sat on a dinner table chair. Anything too soft was a killer.

It got better but 24 years on I get the odd twinge and I pray it's not that.

Physio will work wonders- ask to be referred by your midwife- or if the wait is very long it's worth the £45 to get it sorted at a physio clinic!
