hyperemesis? help!

I'm 5 weeks pregnant, I'm so nauseous I can't sleep, have puked / retched a few times but this doesn't help the nausea, spent yesterday in bed as felt too ill to even get dressed. Is this HG?

Hard to say if hyperemesis as I had to have certain criteria before it was on my record so to speak. If its really bad you need to get yourself to the gp as they would need to discuss symptoms and possible medication. Its horrible but I really think early intervention is the best as things can go south quickly with hyperemesis and you won't want that.
