Not sure if pregnancy related or not but has anyone had a rash like this come up before?

It's a bit itchy and sore, only on one side and has come up fairly suddenly.
The only thing I can think of is I put some stretch mark oil on all over a few days ago and did rub some under my breasts, could it be a reaction to that? Is it strange it's only on one side?
Haven't had anything like this before, not even in summer so don't think it's down to sweaty boobs 🤔

I had this at 18 weeks pregnant, could be a reaction to the oil or could be nothing. Mine went away after a couple of days x

Thanks, I'll keep an eye on it. I've been putting Sudocrem on it but it's been around for a week or so already & no signs of going 😕x

Stretch mark oil did exactly that to me! It’s probably the oil.

Obviously though, if you are worried don’t rely on us mumsnetters- your midwife or GP should be able to advise.
I do recommend stopping with the oil though. I switched to a nice mild cocoa butter and it’s was fine x

Also, whilst I’m dishing out advice, the itching supports the allergy theory. When I was pregnant I was advised to make camomile tea and then let the tea bag cool and put it in my skin to soothe it as you can’t take antihistamine.

I know I sound like a mad hippy who rubs manly tea bags on her body, but it was quite soothing ...
