Not living with partner

Just posting out of curiosity & boredom really.

I see quite a few comments from people that are pregnant & not living with their partner, and don’t plan on living with their partner when baby arrives.

Just wondered what people’s circumstances are/is it by choice?

Me and my DH moved in together when I was 5 months pregnant. It wasn't ideal (especially when I woke up with funny pains), but I was living at home and he lived in a shared flat.

We tried to buy a house a month after I found out, but we pulled out as it was just an all round bad deal. Eventually we came across a nice enough flat, moved in, and then moved in with my parents when DD was 7mo.
