Braxton Hicks

Since I was probably about 24 weeks pregnant (now coming up to 30) I've periodically felt the muscles in my stomach go hard involuntarily for maybe a minute at a time. I have no sensation associated with it, I only notice it if I happen to touch my belly while it's happening. Are these likely to be Braxton Hicks or would I feel something with those?

Definitely sounds like BH. They will increase in intensity the further into tour third trimester and pain will (though not always) come with it. Mine were manageable, but I did have the odd day where they were really intense and at one point I thought I was going into labour they were that bad.
Don't stretch, just walk around and use a pregnancy ball if you've got one to help ease them, as abs when you get them 👍🏻
