C section incision belt

Any recommendations for a support belt to go over the incision? I see lots online but not sure which are decent quality

What's the support belt for? I haven't heard of this before

@Iwonder08 do they help with recovery? Can you wear them straight away??

i used a large maternity towel - placed that over the scar area. It was held in by the enormous knickers. Was very comfortable, and reassuring that the area was protected (and clean). Not sure you actually need a "belt" ?

@Changethetoner wouldn't that rub against the wound ?
