BFN then hours later Evap?

Used a Hcg strip and nothing showed up. Checked it hours later and saw a faint pink line. Compared it to the others I've done the days before which showed nothing.

Is this an evap?

Yes, if nothing has shown within the time frame then it’s a negative, anything shown on a test usually over 10 minutes should be disregarded definitely after several hours

The instructions usually include a time frame.

I think if it is grey then it's an evap it could be positive but you may be best testing again
