7 weeks pregnant - Sickness and constipation

Hi all, just looking for general advice! I’m currently 7 + 2 (although I believe I’m further along), and have a scan next week for reassurance. Before this pregnancy I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks however I fell pregnant again straight away.
Since finding out (for around 3/4 weeks) I’ve had constant nausea, constipation, trapped wind and headaches.
Tried all the natural stuff to help but feeling exhausted. I know this is normal but just wanted some advice from anyone who may have gone through the same. I’m finding it hard to eat as everything tastes horrible, even trying to eat bland food is a struggle and I’m resorting to just having little bits of random food as and when I can get it in.
I haven’t got a midwife yet due to Covid-19 which has restricted services and so awaiting to be able to speak to my doctor to get more support, but in the meantime just feeling a little hopeless and drained!

Hie @Ap26
I'm sorry you're going through a horrible time.l am about the same as you and its been really hard on me the last two weeks.lm tired all day long, nausea ,and everything smells horrible kkk. I had a mmc in 2017 at 12 weeks and no bfp since then.l should be excited but my body is betraying meSad

@brokenheart013 It’s awful isn’t it! I really want to enjoy this pregnancy and everyone says having these symptoms is a good sign that baby is healthy, but it’s so hard to stay positive at the moment. Fingers crossed our bodies adjust soon and we can start to enjoy it more!

I'm in the same situation. Nausea is killing me. Days are dragging. I'm counting down to 12 weeks. Don't know how people go through this multiple times.

Its really hard. I'm 10+4 and on prochlorperazine for sickness. Im still nauseous but it has lessened. If you feel like you need to ask for medication dont feel bad about it. I felt a bit guilty but I can eat better now and I've been assured the medication is safe

Also, I wrote on her a few weeks back about sickness and someone suggested lollipops. I've been buying sugar free lollies and it does help just sucking on one to take mind off sickness
