Hiya

Going through a horrible second pregnancy due to HG, really wish it would just go away but think it’s a new part off my life now and I’m slowly accepting that!
Has anyone found that they pee themselves when being sick? When I’m able to hold down water I end up peein more in my pants than in my pan, does anyone know if doing my pelvis floors now is ok? I’m 11 weeks.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes absolutely I do this every time I think my muscles are shot down there and as fellow HG sufferer the sickness tends to be quick and violent big body spasm I need to remember to buy tena lady 😳

Yes!!

My proudest moment of my pregnancy was being able to stop mid pee to throw up and even managed to flush as I moved from sitting on the toilet to hugging it in my third trimester!

Pelvic floor exercises are a good idea. It's recommended that all women do them all the time it's just that we only remember they exist in pregnancy!

Glad I’m not alone then ladies :)
I have my first scan tomorrow so will check with midwife if there’s much they can do for me as it’s pretty bad lol

I had a section with my last baby so I thought there was no need for pelvic floors, such a regret lol
