Upset tummy

I have a upset tummy on and off for a week, im either constipation or not,is that normal thanks

I’m 11 weeks and going through the same thing, it’s strange it’s either one or the other but last few days I don’t know what’s going to happen when I reach the toilet lol
Must be normal

Perfectly normal, try I posted a few weeks ago and someone recommended frozen berries smoothie which worked wonders!

Pregnacare was giving me a horrendous stomach, I’ve stopped taking it since I’ve hit week 13 and feel like a different person. I’m now just taking vitamin D.
