Swimming costume help!

DD2 is currently 16 weeks pregnant with her first baby. Prior to pregnancy she had a Dolly Parton-esque figure.. petite size 8 but with a large bust. She swims regularly as she has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and it helps her joints.
BUT.. we can't find a swimming costume to contain her! She's still in her old one with a t shirt over for now but realistically she is going to need a maternity one and even Bravissimo don't do one with her size (last bras a few weeks ago were a 32JJ but she's overflowing them now and she's really only a 30 back!)

Can anyone suggest anything.. swimming constumes, tankinis.. just something so she can keep swimming!

Fig leaves do maternity swim suits and I’ve heard batoko offer good support for boobs and bump even though not pregnancy specific. Or could she wear a surfing rashvest and bikini bottoms? Does she need underwire or firm support?

She needs scaffolding!!! ( I shouldn't joke but it's ridiculous.. I'm a B cup so don't know how she got boobs!) She certainly needs firm support, but even bras are dififcult to find as too many with wires, dig in.

Molke have recently started doing swimwear and their adjustable bikini top might suit her. They go up to an L/M from a 28 back (if she is a size 8 then she will be smaller than a 30 back but she will need to accommodate her expanding ribcage). They do matching high-waisted bikini bottoms which would probably fit over her bump for most of her pregnancy but if she got the plain black bikini top she could wear any black bikini bottoms.
