Work place safety issue ?

I'm after some advice from maybe health & safety reps or anyone who is clued up on health & safety

In a nut shell , I'm the ex customer service manager of the cigarette kiosk in my work place
I stepped down a month before I was pregnant due to stress etc down to a checkout operator

I've been in a handful of times to cover 15 min breaks etc which have been fine

Yesterday , due to sick calls I was asked to cover 2.5 hours in there as I was the only one trained on shift , I covered without any problems
I didn't notice I had a sore back until later on when I was doing my shopping

Today , we've had more sick calls & I was asked to do 6-10 to do the closedown , I said yes as it's normally quiet after the lottery sale finish at half seven
I've come into work today to be told due to another sick call I'll have do half four until 10 in there
That's 5.5 hours on my own in a busy department , I've told my supervisor my back is hurting & I don't think I'll be able to do that amount of time on my own
I've asked to speak to management , but conveniently there all in a meeting

I should also point out I'm still waiting for my latest risk assessment which was pushed back due to my PM having corona but she's back in the business & has been for the last week , every time I ask I get told she's busy or swapped her day off

Due to the stress & pain of a long shift , can anyone shed light on health and safety ?

I should also point out I'm 25 weeks pregnant but I look 30 weeks due to a big bump Sad

Is there a chair you could put in there so you can sit down if required?

As above poster suggested, maybe chair?

What does your job role include when you’re not covering sickness etc on the counter? They need to do a pregnancy assessment but with adequate breaks I wouldn’t say they’re being unreasonable asking you to cover for 5.5 hours when needed.
