Hi Ladies.

I need some advice please. So few days ago i done a pregancy test randomly it was the clearblue digital i checked test and it said positive 1 to 2 weeks. Then after 2 hours i repeated another pregnancy test same one clearblue digial and it said not pregnant.

Following morning i done a first response pregancy test and a normal 99p stick that came as negative.

Its been over a year i haven't had a regular period.

Help me please i am going out my mind. And don't know what to do and can't wait. Confused

@SalAmz hi lovely, you need to go to the GP. No period in over a year isnt normal and isnt good for you. Are you underweight? Intensely exercising? Any thyroid issues?

The tests - could have been a chemical pregnancy or could be that you have an underlying condition which is causing false positives. Have you been having unprotected sex?

Hi Sweets,

I suffer with MS was diagnosed in 2017. I am on medication and treatment. I have always had a regular period but ever since i gained weight they stopped. My GP referred me to Gynecologists who did some tests and said everything was normal. Also gave me some medication to start a period.

I'm just really confused about the pregancy test as its never happened before.

Unfortunately I think you will have to go back to gynaecology as the medication has not worked. Unfortunately I dont know much about how MS may affect fertility but if you havent had a period in a year you may need help conceiving.

In regards to the positive test - a positive test that then turns into negative tests usually means a chemical pregnancy. Im really sorry if this is the case. X
