Hi everyone,

My names Helen and im 19, ive just found out im 4 weeks pregnant with me and my partners first baby and he or she is due in June 2008.

Im moving to Kent in a couple of days, im originally from reading and as you can probably guess i was stressed out about moving in the first place and leaving all my friends(relocation due to my partners job)but since finding out were expecting im so worried about moving down there, not knowing anyone and having to deal with the pregnancy on my own as i will have none of my friends around me. Obviously i will have my partner but men arent the most supportive sometimes are they?!!??

So i was wondering if there are any expectant mums in the Folkestone area that i can get to no for support and parenting tips.
It would make the stress of moving so much easier if i new some people near me.

Look forward to speaking to you!!!

Hiya

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I'm not from Folkestone, but do live in Chatham which is also in Kent.

This place is so friendly and has so many people on it from all walks of life. Any query/question you have is bound to be answered by someone who will know the answer, regardless of where they live.

Welcome to MN and enjoy your pregnancy!
