Insomnia

I am about 15 weeks and suffering with insomnia so badly. Most nights I don't sleep at all and I'm up until 6am tossing and turning and when my daughter gets up, then I manage a few hours sleep while my partner plays with her.

Please does anyone have any advice I am so desperate, I can't face 7 months of this!

I am thinking of taking a sleeping tablet tonight just so I can get one good nights sleep.

The insomnia is so frustrating! Do you get out during the day for some fresh air and exercise?
I wouldn’t be talking a sleeping tablet unless specifically prescribed for you to have during pregnancy.

Not as much as I'd like as I'm trying to catch up with my sleep during the day! It's horrible I'd rather be sick again than have this!

My GP prescribed antihistamines. I had some judgy comments on Here about it but really helped during the first trimester when I also had awful insomnia! I just had my 20w scan and baby is all fine :)
