Night sickness

Hey

So this is my third pregnancy I'm roughly 4-5 weeks only found out last week but I'm so sick during the night I get around 2 hours sleep 😫

I had it really bad with my 2nd daughter I ended up in hospital but I was about 16 weeks then.

Half the time I don't even bring much up but I constantly feel sick I was really hoping o wouldn't get it so bad this time I'm exhausted

Any one else got it bad? Any advice?

I had hyperemesis and I was sick during the night.
I kept those Nice biscuits and mini cheddars by my bedside and would snack on them during the night. I also ate dinner (or what I could get down me) at like 6, not any later.
Sadly it's just something that's part of first trimester :( xx
