@Lowprofilename

I vaped before I got pregnant, and when the sickness hit, I could only stand the bare minimum of things near my mouth. Bit of a self solving problem for me personally!
Oh both times i vaped few years ago the vape broke on me, two different vapes too

I've been drinking lots of squash, and then a couple of decaf coffees a day.
I've been out for some meals and had virgin cocktails which helps keep it interesting as I was quite a big drinker before. I've tried an AF wine which wasn't great, and AF gin with tonic which I enjoyed. But I'll probably only drink AF free style drinks if out for an occasion, when I'm at home I just stick to squash, lemonade and occasional fruit juice

Watch out for caffeine and also sugar as it’s not good to have too much. Citrus based fizzy drinks are usually caffeine free. Herbal teas are good but watch out for chicory root, liquorice root and blackberry leaf in the ingredients and limit only a few cups a day. Barley squash is good, Robinson’s do a few different flavours in their barley squash.

Yeah i might have mocktails if i meet with a friend or something or cordial and lemonade or whatever you call it, i wasnt a big alcohol drinker anyway its just trying to stop drinking pepsi max, but i might get some decaf teas for when i drink tea, which is rare anyway, ill get some more squah in me as i have loads of squash aha, what about shloer and non alcoholic kopparburg, as im doing stuff for halloween will that be okay?

I used to drink lots of pepsi max, but found at around 6 weeks I suddenly couldn't face it, thinking of having a glass now (12 weeks) still makes me feel sick so it might not be an issue much longer!

I've mostly been having squash and fruit juice. I don't drink hot drinks and I've been really struggling to keep my fluid levels up. I've got a mini bar of squash options put together so when I inevitably get sick of one flavour I move onto the next!
