Ive had a very active day today pretty much non stop. I started getting pain in my pelvic area which i felt as though was my spd starting. I couldnt walk at one point and couldn't get the rest i needed for the pain to settle. Right now i feel as though i will miscarry no pain or bleeding just this bad feeling but just feel i overdid it. I know that being active doesnt cause miscarriage but ive had 4 miscarriages in 18 months this is the furthest ive come and ive pretty much been resting (i know nothing can prevent a miscarriage but i am trying everything to see if it helps) until today where i feel i overdid it. Ive not told anyone about this pregnancy as dont want to just incase i miscarry. Feeling really down. Thank you for reading. Biscuit

Active days can make you feel crampy and uncomfortable. I often get like that during pregnancy and as you say often I don't have a choice to rest. Try to load up on fluids and get some sleep. I've found during my pregnancies that BH get worse when I'm tired and dehydrated and even in the early stages I feel similar BH sensations during those circumstances.

You're probably more likely to be in pain because you've been resting too much then moved. You really should keep at least moderately active for the sake of your health and the health of your pregnancy.

Aw this is so hard. FWIW I have imagined I was miscarrying many times and it was completely random whether I actually was or not. I convinced myself something very active I did a few days before a mc started had caused it, but testing later revealed a trisomy. And I've been convinced it was over in my successful pregnancies too.
How are you feeling today Rainbow?

Please don't worry, being active cannot cause Mc, it's more likely either normal cramping or doing a lot has made your ligaments crampy and sore xx

@Rainbowbaby3 I know, I can't even imagine how you feel. But you're probably more likely to cause complications with your pregnancy if you remain completely inactive throughout unfortunately 😔

How are you feeling now op?

I’ve had 7 miscarriages and am now 7+5. I’m the opposite of you. I decided to get fit to try and improve my chances so have been running and cycling loads. If feel real pressure to keep these up now I am pregnant because it’s something I’ve not tried before! It’s silly really because the harsh truth is there probably isn’t anything we can do. Sending lots of hugs and the reassurance that overdoing it at 9 wks is not going to cause a miscarriage. (I ran a marathon at 12 wks with my first baby so I know this is true) xxx

@Moo678 hi sorry to hear about your miscarriages. This is the first pregnancy where i have been trying to rest more in my previous miscarriages i was active and going to the gym 4 5 tomes a week inbetween and throughout the pregnancies that miscarried. And i am resting when my orher two children are at school when they are back i am actively running around with them. It is my spd that has actually started really early hence why i was confused. It started very early in previous pregnanvy as well. Thank you for asking i am feeling much better today.

@bluemoon2468 hi yes i know but i am not completely inactive. I have 2 very active boys so i do keep busy with them its only when theyre at school i try to rest. But i am going to see through the first trimester and then go back to walking etc as i know that being inactive can cause problems in pregnancy Smile
