That's it really.
Almost 14 weeks. Projectile vomit at least once a day. Just been violently sick. Had enjoyed a nice roast dinner 5 hours ago. Had been careful had chewed a lot, hadn't eaten til I was full. Hadn't felt at all naseous today so thought I was over this phase. Then all of a sudden vomit. No point really to this thread. Just miserable. Food is a major battleground now. (Sorry I know some people have it a lot worse).

Oh God mine are 3yrs and 2yrs now and I still remember the daily vomiting hell of being pregnant. I feel for you. I threw up in rubbish bin in my office once, the vomit came on so quickly it was the safest place, had to tie bag up and sneak it home. Didn't want to leave that for the cleaners.
I can't really be of any help as nothing really worked for me. Eating little and often was the closest I came to some relief, didn't eat a full meal for months. A cracker here, banana later, fee spoons of pasta etc etc.
Your doctor can prescribe something to help if you need it. Good luck!

Thanks @Mylittlepony374, sorry to hear you suffered with this too. Its ridiculous but after 3 miscarriages and a traumatic anxiety filled pregnancy (no sickness)and later PND, I didn't even have sickness as a concern going into this pregnancy.
Well done for hitting the bin. My living room carpet has taken a battering the last couple of weeks. :(
I am back on the Ritz crackers and mints today. I'm sure it'll pass soon Confused
