I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I had lower back and pelvic issues before pregnancy.
The pelvic girdle pain i have now is intense. I'm struggling to even walk round the house and it's getting me down. My husband is being great but I just feel so lazy as the shortest of walks just floors me.
I am currently off work due to other health issues so I am able to rest which I think is good in one way but could I be making it worse?
Has anyone got any tips at all? I'm getting quite desperate.
