I think if you're really struggling to keep food down, don't worry about whether it's healthy or not, just try your best. I had bad nausea until week 14 when I got some medication from the doctor and it was hard to keep anything down. I was eating mainly basic stuff like bread and soup, but also a lot of popcorn, breadsticks and pringles because it was plain. Not exactly nutritious but at least I ate something! Eat what you can and take a pregnancy supplement. In the early stages the baby doesn't need much and many people with nausea/eating problems go on to have very healthy babies. I find now my diet and taste has totally changed so every meal is a bit trial and error.

Whatever you feel you can eat if you feel sick.
