Anyone else had hot, sore nipples at 32 weeks pregnant?

I'm 32 weeks pg with number 2 and my nipples are suddenly tender and burning hot. I know sore breasts in early pregnancy are normal and also when starting to breastfeed my dd I got very sore but NOW? I'm beginning to wonder if I've got an infection in them or something.

Anyone else had this or am I a freak?

Is it worse when you get cold? And do your nipples go white or blue?

I had awful problems with my nipples throughout pregnancy - turned out it was Reynaud's syndrome and sparked by hormonal changes. I still get it now, but only when the weather is cold.

Thanks for replying LongMeg. It doesn't seem to be affected by cold (poor you!) - pretty much constant. I'll ask my midwife when I see her.
