Headaches!

I'm 15 weeks and having the worst headaches for about two weeks.
I've tried paracetamol and 4head stick and everything else I can think of!

Any ideas to get rid of it?

I've got the dr on Monday to check blood pressure etc

-anyone been given anything stronger than paracetamol by the dr?

I had them bad too but just used cold gel patches on my head and had naps. Didn’t want to take even paracetamol. It’s the hormones.

Are you drinking enough fluids? I’ve had terrible headaches (constant) with the odd migraines thrown in for the past 2 months, but I’m suffering severe sickness. The doctor said it’s probably due to dehydration!

The gel patches aren't doing anything.

Sleep doesn't help either. Sometimes I can't sleep because it's pounding so hard 🤯

I was suffering from a bad cold, sore throat and headaches . I was prescribed codiene which worked but I could only use it for a week . It also makes you sleepy so I could really only use it at night . It was a short term fix though .
