I’m new on here and needed a little advice. So I’m around 5/6 weeks pregnant, everything seemed okay until yesterday. I started bleeding quite heavily, just to put into perspective, I walked from the bathroom and down stairs to get my phone, by the time I got back to the loo (took less than a minute) my underwear was completely blood stained. I rang my GP who said to relax and go and read a book. Basically at this stage there isn’t anything that can be done. This is my first time, so as you can imagine I’m losing my mind having to wait. I haven’t got any cramps, I do feel a little unwell and the bleeding has been ongoing since yesterday afternoon (slowly getting less each bathroom visit). The blood was really red in the beginning but now is a sort of brown, only a few clumps have been present. I’m 28, I do have IH but no other real problems at the moment. Has anyone experienced this, if so what was the outcome? I’d really appreciate any advice or previous experience shared. Thank you!
