Nub/skull theory

Just wondering if there are any good nub or skull theory guessers out there :) could do with a bit of cheerful fun.

Ah that’s what I think too. Is it the nub bit or the skull that makes you think that? My youngest daughter has a bit of a forehead on her so that through me when looking at her scan pics...but this one looks similar :) x
