I was due yesterday so i know how your feeling - i've tried to enjoy my free time now i just want baby here.

Agree with Emzy5 walking is meant to help, midwfe told me lots of sex and some hot curries. Walking up and down the stairs and raspberry leaf tea (don't think this brings on labour but i've been told it can speed up the actual labour)

I have also been bouncing on my exercise ball lots.

I have been doing the above for the last two weeks and i'm still here so i can''t say i have much faith but i feel better doing something.

Walk walk walk !

Bounce bounce bounce !

and when you feel like your insides are gonna fall out, walk and bounce some more.

And when you go into labour, guess what ?

Yep, walk and bounce !!!

Good luck.

ds arrived a week early - on the thursday that on the monday I went to warwick castle and climbed every tower, tuesday dug the garden (as in the whole garden to create a garden), wednesday cleaned the house top to bottom and thursday went for a long long walk with friends (an hour drive away)... prob made no diff they arrive when ready but will be doing similar this time just in case!
did say I'd buy a space hopper on my due date if ds hadn't arrived - might try that this time
