37 weeks constant urge to pee and bladder pain?

Hi everyone, I’ll be 37 weeks on Friday with my first baby.
I’ve been having the infamous "lightning crotch" on and off since about 32 weeks mainly brought on by walking. Today I woke up with bad period pain which I’ve also been having on and off for few weeks though was worse today. Then after that went off I’ve been having awful bladder pain/pressure and feel like I constantly need to wee... feels quite like a uti but I had my urine checked on Friday and dont think it is as it’s come on quite suddenly.

Has anyone else had this at this stage. I’m struggling to walk! Feel fine in myself.

Utis can come on quite suddenly. I'd get checked.

I came on to say this too.

I thought maybe it was just baby’s head causing pressure. I’ve had Uti’s before and normally I start to get twinges and think I might have one and then it gets worse. This literally started up out of nowhere with the usual lightning pain
