Hi ladies,
I am looking for some advice. My periods are regular and was due on Thursday however last Saturday i started to get spotting. Its continued every day on and off and Thursday no period. By Saturday I took a test as we had been trying and I've felt nauseous most of the week. The test was positive and we were delighted but by late afternoon I'd had a heavier bleed and again this morning so now I'm not sure if I've had a chemical pregnancy or if i am still pregnant.
Its been an emotional day.
The bleeding still isnt as bad as a normal period and the blood is very dark brown with minimal cramping. Would it be heavier and more fresh if it was a chemical pregnancy? And would i have the nausea?
I hadnt even contacted the midwives as i only found out the day the heavier bleed came so I dont know who to ask. I know there are other threads relating to this but I wasnt sure of an answer.
