Pain on left side at waist

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone has any experience of one sided pain in the waist area?
I’m almost 13 weeks and have had a lot going on...was due for a workup with bloods and urine etc this week but am now isolating while I await results of a Covid test.

Since last night I have been having intermittent pain on the left side of my body (in the narrowest point of my waist). I have no idea what this could be? Anyone experienced the same? I’m super anxious with everything going on so probably isn’t helping!

I had a pain in the left side of my waist through two healthy pregnancies. I told midwives and doctors about it but they didn't really know what it was. The only thing that relieved it was to press into it.
Was worse after eating.
