Pins and needles at night. 26 weeks

Hi,

Has anyone else suffered with bad pins and needles at night ? It shoots from my shoulders to my hands and takes ages to get any relief from it.

I’m waking up 6-8 times a night with it and sometimes it’s quite painful.

Any advice for relief would be greatly appreciated

I had really bad issues with my arms/hands in first pregnancy and was told it was carpal tunnel x

Yes!! I think my massive boobs are squashing my arms and reducing blood flow. I must wake up 10+ times a night to turn over!
