Nerve pain at 20 weeks?

I’m 20+4 weeks, yesterday I had nerve pain from top of bum/hip area down to my foot, I thought it was just baby laying in a awkward position but it lasted from 8am when I started work(HCA) until I got home and got in bed at 9pm, I woke up this morning the pain had eased but now I’m back at work and walking around the pain has started again!
I’m wondering if it’s something else

I had horrendous nerve pain in my back with my last pregnancy when I was about 20 weeks. It woke me up and I had it all night and into the next day and I was literally in tears. It ended up being the baby laying at a funny angle and he was actually trapping a nerve in my back. I had about 3 rounds of physio, so definitely speak to your midwife :)

It’s horrible, I’m alright when I’m sitting/laying but as soon as I go to stand up/move my hip to walk or put pressure on my right leg it sends a shooting nerve pain from lower back all the way down to my foot, I’ve got to call midwife during the week anyway so I’ll mention it to her
