I haven't personally but my sis in law does. The clothes were not as bad as I expected as they are very cheap. Be aware a lot is made of polyester which is horrible. If you check the description first they do have cotton and cotton elastane mix which is ok and has turned out nice for my neice. Personally I only really like to buy cotton and organic materials for my baby. Theres a lot of micro fibres in these. Wash first as they did smell of the chemicals used in processing when she unpacked.

@Bellsx I really wouldn't buy from them, check out the negative reviews on trust pilot. I think a fair few of the positive ones are fake accounts from the looks of things. Plus buying the clothes is probably supporting unethical production (slave labour). I'd stay well clear. If you want cheap at least Primark have to follow some kind of standards

Baby clothes were better than expected. I also got 2 maternity summer dresses and those I regret. Poor fit, suboptimal material.
And, it took forever to arrive. I would not be ordering again.

Thanks ladies think I'll give it a miss then.

It’s cheap tat, that’s if you actually get it. Many people don’t

Reviews are hit and miss. As others have mentioned, the clothes are not cotton as you would expect and get if you bought from shops in the UK. Goods come from China and dont support the UK economy in any way. Also dont necessarily meet UK quality and safety standards. Finally, people dont seem to have much luck with returns and refunds, you're not protected by UK consumer law.

I've bought from there recently....... I got a few blankets, two hats and an outfit.

The outfit feels thin and cheap, so I probably won't use it. The blankets are lovely and soft though, one is the owl patterned one which I absolutely love!! The bobble hat is also good, as well as the other hat, same as buying from anywhere else.

I'd say blankets etc are fine, give the clothes a miss though.

I had trouble receiving the order, but that was more Hermes UK than pat pat. Pat pat stuff comes from China, and up until it got to the U.K., the tracking was good. Once Hermes got hold of my package, the tracking went to sh*t and it turned up late. Again, Hermes fault not pat pat. I contacted pat pat about it all, as it hadn't arrived by the time they said and they apologised and gave me a 20% refund even though none of it was their fault.

I can't fault them really, just the clothes aren't all that, but that may just be the outfit I bought, I didn't check if it was 100% cotton or not.

I did a big order from this site when I confirmed my pregnancy and all shops were shut due to pandemic. I was really happy with my order. Yes some things aren’t 100% cotton, but lots are. My sleepsuits and rompers all are so I am very happy. The designs and colours are also really cute! They have 4.4 on Trustpilot which I think is a good score, compared to other companies! I would definitely recommend ordering some bits from them, they clothes are definitely worth it for what they charge.
