Water broke at 14 weeks?

Has anyone heard of this happening? I was on the trampoline with my toddler today (foolish I know, I got caught in the moment) and I suddenly wet myself. I didn't need to pee or anything, and it didn't smell like wee.
I feel totally normal so far?

Any woman I know who has had kids and had a bounce on a trampoline has wet themselves. You need to clench your pelvic floor in preparation before attempting it ime.

Although if you really are concerned then you do need to contact 111.

I would put a sanitary pad in for the rest of the day so if you leak more you can get it checked to see if it’s wee or your waters breaking. This happened to be at 26 weeks- it was wee!

If you think it was your waters you need to get medical advice. Sorry, but it's more likely that you've had a small wee. I had a coughing fit at 27 weeks and every time I coughed a bit of wee escaped, it was very embarrassing!

@banoffeepi
I had this but it was discharge. In the form of clear liquid... like i had wet myself.

It’s unlikely to be waters. Once they go they continue so if it’s stopped it’s likely to have been wee. Call the midwife as if it is waters you need to get checked ASAP
