Hayfever tips

Hey, does anyone have any tips for hayfever please? Currently 4 weeks 5 days and can’t take the usual tablets now. I’ve tried hayfever wipes and Vaseline in the nostrils. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

You can take some antihistamines (loratidine/cetirizine) and corticosteroid sprays too.

I use saline spray which is helpful for the congestion
