Maternity clothes

Hi all,
Still early days for me I'm 9 weeks today.
I'm trying to be prepared for when I need to go into maternity clothes.
Does anybody know which shops stock maternity clothes on store to try on? I feel like I'm going in a bit blind ordering online.

Thankyou

New look, h and m, asda online, I got lots if stuff from Facebook Market place though as didn't want to spend much for such a short period of time

H&M were quite good for some staples. New look did some nice thick leggings. Dorothy Perkins is pricey but lovely quality I got some nice PJs and a jumper in their sale. Most of my stuff is sized up normal clothes they seem to fit better for tops. I would get some maternity leggings/jeans though!

Sometimes only the bigger have the maternity stuff though

Bigger stores

The clothes shops ive been in haven’t allowed customers to try on clothes so I’ve just had to order online. I’ve just been buying a few sizes up from my usual size as maternity clothing is either super mumsy or plain Jane in my opinion.

I got all my maternity jeans both pregnancies from Lidl think they're less than £6 a pair and they're actually really comfy and do the job 👍🏻

I’ve got stuff online from ASOS and Boohoo, and in store at H&M, New Look and surprisingly Lidl (very comfy maternity jeans and leggings)!

It'd be worth phoning ahead if you want to try in store. I'm in a lockdown area (Wales) and most fitting rooms are closed.
Gutted because I really need a bigger/maternity bra and I usually like to get fitted for them.
Good luck!

I got a lot from ebay - figured it was both cheaper and more eco to go second hand for such a short period, especially since covid means I just haven't needed as many clothes as I otherwise might! I focussed on Gap, H&M and Seraphine brands. I got some bras from M&S and t shirts from Seraphine that will double up for breast feeding too (nursing bras and t shirts with secret breast access!)

The only shops I’ve found stuff in is jojo maman bebe and one H&M shop. I’ve asked in loads of other places and they all say online only. You can’t try on in stores at the moment anyway.
