You need to take -

Folic Acid (if your BMI is high you'll need a high dose which is prescribed)
Vitamin D

Eating-
Try for healthyish . If you struggle with sickness it might have to be bland at times but try to go oatcakes rather than white bread if you see what I mean

Exercise
Look up the activity guidelines. Anything you did before you can mostly keep doing except if it risks blow to tummy (boxing, skiing) or has air pressure implications (scuba diving)
If you dont exercise, start! Walking fast is a good start

Avoid -
Look up the NHS guidelines but in short avoid alcohol, too much caffeine, drugs (check with your GP about the safety of any prescribed drugs), some supplements (vitamin A for example), uncooked meats (pastrami, chorizo, sushi), unpasteurized cheese
